Asher's research combines patch clamp electrophysiology and multi-electrode array recordings to investigate how neuronal and circuit activity are altered in mouse models of developmental disorders. By linking single-cell properties with network-level dynamics, he aims to better understand mechanisms underlying conditions such as autism spectrum disorder.

Rona is investigating gene expression dynamics and chromatin modifications across differential identity domains in mice, captured via mathematical framework.

In her research endeavors, Michelle pioneers the development of new bioinformatic tools to analyze differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and their temporal patterns in multi-condition studies.
She employs these tools to explore genome-wide transcriptional changes in the brain across a spectrum of models, including those related to intermittent fasting, stress, and beyond.
